The first update of the standard model

Children as young as 2 or 3 years old can ride a run bike with ease.
However, it takes a long time to be able to ride a child's engine bike

Yotsuba Moto Meow is between a kick bike and an engine bike.

Even children who can not pedal a bike yet or are afraid of the sound of an engine can ride it.

Small, light, and easy to use.
Easy to familiarize and play with.
Bumps, gravel paths, hills, puddles.

All are playgrounds.
Even if they fall down, they can pick themselfself up.

Meow has a lot of features suitable for a "first bike".

Welcome to the world of motorsports.

Yotsuba Moto is a competition motorcycle.

It cannot ride on public roads.

-Model-

Lightweight body weighing only 12 kg.

-Feature-

The Meow has a lot of features that make it very unique among the traditional children's engine bikes and even among the e-bikes.

Power modes

At first, start practicing in Slow mode, which is about the speed of a fast walk.

This mode is a speed that a rider who is familiar with a kick bike can easily balance and that mom or dad can easily follow.

Even if the rider is not yet able to use the brake well, he or she can stop using the foot brake, just like on a kick bike.

The sharp start characteristic of electric bikes is a no-no for first-time riders. The specially programmed controller provides a soft start.

As you get used to it, you can gradually step up the power mode from Medium to Fast. The maximum speed, acceleration, and hill climbing power will increase together.

Small, light

It has an aluminum frame, a dedicated lithium battery, and a lightweight chassis that is approximately 1.5 times lighter than similarly sized bicycles. The seat height is also designed to be lower than similar sized bicycles.

For children riding a bike for the first time, weight and size can lead to fear and anxiety. Being light and small is a big advantage, both psychologically and physically. It can support them if they get wobbly and reduce the risk of injury if they fall and get caught.

Motor stop when falling

The three-axis sensor immediately cuts power to the motor when it detects a fall.

While tipping over is an inevitable part of riding a motorcycle, this system reduces the possibility of the rider or a friend getting caught in the rear wheel when the bike falls over.

Also, there is no need to worry about the rider running out of control even if the throttle is left open when the vehicle is raised. The motor is programmed so that it will not restart until the throttle is returned to fully closed once.

Can be loaded on various cars

The first hurdle in motorsports is the car problem. You want your child to start riding a bike, but it is not easy to prepare a car to transport the bike.

The Yotsuba Moto Meow is small and light, so even mom can easily load it into the car and take it to the usual practice spot. It does not leak fuel or oil, so it can be placed on its side or upside down. It can be loaded into a variety of vehicles, including compact cars, SUVs, and minicars, which until now have been difficult to load with motorcycles.

The motor is in the wheel

The motor is laid out inside the rear wheel. Since there is no chain and sprocket, the risk of fingers or clothes getting caught is greatly reduced.

In addition, the motor, which is the heaviest component, is closer to the ground, which means the center of

gravity is lower. This increases stability and makes it easier to start the machine.

Maintenance is also easy, with no need for chain adjustment or lubrication.

Small diameter throttle for children

The throttle is specially designed with a small diameter to fit small hands, and was developed specifically for Meow. The grip size for adults is around φ31.5mm, but we made it φ26.5mm for children.

As with baseball bats, tennis rackets, and kendo shinai (bamboo swords), these are sports tools, so it is very important that they fit the size of the hand first.

The brake lever is also chosen to be a size for children.

Available wash by water

Electronic components are laid out inside the frame. The motor is also waterproof, so it is safe to wash cars and puddle water.

However, since it is not completely waterproof, please avoid crossing rivers, submerging the car in water, washing the car upside down, or washing the car with a high-pressure washer, as these may cause malfunctions.

Lithium battery

A dedicated 24V 4Ah lithium battery is built in. When the remaining battery charge falls below 1/3, an indicator flashes like a certain hero's timer to let you know.

Charging takes approximately 2.5 hours using a 100 V household power supply.

Front and rear disc brakes

side.jpg

Uses the same wire disc brake as the high-end model WOOF. Realizes controllable braking and high maintainability.

-Decals-

The frame is unpainted bare aluminum color.

Decals in four colors are included in the package, so you can finish it off by applying decals of your choice.

In addition, decals for the numbers are also included.

-Where to ride?-

Since the Yotsuba Moto Meow is legally considered a competition motorcycle, it is not allowed to be ridden on roads or in parks.

It must be ridden on private property or in dedicated parks.

However, you may not be familiar with dedicated parks. Please refer to the list of parks in Japan to find a park near you. The list of parks will be growing rapidly in the future.

Currently, most of the parks are for motorcycles, but we expect to see more parks in urban areas, indoors, ski resorts, campgrounds, etc., taking advantage of the characteristics of electric bikes, which have no exhaust emissions or exhaust noise.
